**Note**
As with all confetti balloons confetti will only float if the balloon is filled with a mix of air and helium. We recommend two pumps/breaths of air and filling the rest of the balloon with helium to ensure the confetti sticks to the sides of the balloon as seen in the photo. If just filled with helium the confetti will sink to the bottom.
