TO SEND YOUR OWN MESSAGE:
Write your message on white paper with a black pen, then take a picture of the note from straight above the paper to ensure that its an actual photo of the note and can be viewed easily. Once you've taken the photo, attach it to a message to us from the etsy conversations or email it to us at greatlittlefavorco @ gmail.com. Make sure you select the Handwritten Note detail in the drop down menu so that we know your wanting us to engrave a note.

If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item or immediate full refund once returned. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Damaged Shipments: Due to changes with USPS, you must report any damage/missing items within 3 days of delivery. Please send photos including the packaging with the tracking number so that we can file a claim for you.
