Priority: delivers 2-3 days after package is shipped (estimated)
Express: delivers 1-2 days after package is shipped (guaranteed by USPS)

The only method guaranteed by USPS is Express. Upgrading your shipping does not speed up production time unless rush fee is purchased as well.
