IMPORTANT INFORMATION

ASSEMBLY REQUIRED - Your banners will arrive with string, a needle and your printed flags that have precut holes for stringing. Your balloons will arrive deflated and ready for blowing and assembly.

MEASUREMENT - The balloon garland measures 3 ft, the fishtail flags each measure 4 inches in width x 6 inches in height and the flags on the pennant banner each measure 6 x 7 inches.

SHIPPING - This kit will ship within 1 or 2 business days

BALLOON/S - Latex balloons, fill with air to inflate.
