Navy, bright green tissue and silver mylar tassels are strung onto an 8' length of sturdy jute twine. Each tassel is wrapped together with silver washi tape and it individually tied to the twine so the tassels won't slip if you want to hang it at a deep swoop or vertically from a big balloon.
