~The one script balloon is air fill ONLY. If it is filled with helium it will NOT float.

~Balloons ship flat and deflated. A straw is included for inflation. Please follow the instructions included with each letter/number.

~If you wish to conceal balloon tails, simply use a piece of tape.

~Balloons should not be overfilled as they may pop.

~Latex balloons can be filled with helium. You can take them to your local party store or supermarket and they can fill for a nominal fee (they will include a ribbon). If it is air filled it will NOT float.
