Your files will be sent through our Etsy Conversation Messages unless you request that they are sent to your email address instead. Your order will arrive within 1-2 Business Days once we receive your personalization information (although we usually send much faster). Just simply save the files to your computer and print!

If you choose to take your item outside of your home you will need to call and ask what that printer will need from you. Some customers like to use /FedEx/Kinkos/Staples/OfficeMax/ A Local Print Shop/CVS/Walmart/Target/Walgreens/Snapfish/VistaPrint/Shutterfly etc.
