TITLE: "Ryan Ranch"
DESCRIPTION: Just outside Marfa, TX and nearby the Prada Marfa exhibit lies Ryan Ranch, an icon for old film enthusiasts. Ryan Ranch was the site where the Oscar winning movies "No Country for Old Men" and "There Will Be Blood" were filmed, as well as the Hollywood Classic "Giant" starring James Dean.

I shot this in 2015 on a road trip with my children. My son Ryan looked out the window and noticed we kept passing entrances with his name. I stopped and shot this just for him, and hung it on his wall. It was only later that I discovered the history behind this.
