After an order is placed with Paper Heart Company and payment is received we'll follow up with a "conversation" requesting necessary information to get started;
Size, color choice (if applicable) and text as you would like it to appear.

Once all information has been received, a first proof will be sent for your review & approval within 24-48 hours. (Weddings often take a bit longer)

Clients are asked to review the proof and do a test print and respond via etsy conversation with either an approval or with any requested changes needed.

Once the design has been approved, Paper Heart Company will send a print authorization form to your email for you to review, initial and return back to us.

Once received we can begin printing. Shipping is 10-12 business days from this point. Standard shipping is listed. If expedited shipping is needed please conversation us!
