----Files are zipped. So you may need a program like Winzip to open the files after downloading.
NOTE: If taking to a printers (such as fed-ex, kinkos, staples or office depot) it seems to be better for them if you open the zip file b4 sending it to them/taking it in. They seem to have trouble opening zip files. :)

We recommending printing all our items on photo/brochure paper or sticker/waterproof paper depending on the item needs. Photo paper gives a beautiful look to your party! Brochure paper is great for items that allow for front and back printing. Some Photo papers will smudge or smear when printing on the non-gloss side. Regular cardstock works great too! :)
