Each balloon comes in a package with a mini straw for easy air-filled inflation. String is NOT included. Foil balloons can conduct electricity. Do not release helium filled balloons. Take care to keep them away from power lines. If using ribbon, we recommend using non-metallic ribbon. Be sure to attach the balloon to a weight to prevent it from floating away. Weights are available in our shop.
