These cupcake toppers as simple as 1, 2, 3:
1. Print on card stock paper
2. Cut out each topper
3. Attach to popsicle stick or toothpick and sink into a delicious cupcake
The flag bunting is simple too:
1. Print on card stock paper
2. Cut out each flag
3. Fold the flag over string and glue.
4. Tie string onto two popsicle sticks and sink into cake.
