Customized registry card with QR code that we customize for you! This registry enclosure card is perfect for including registry information for your wedding, bridal shower, baby shower or other special occassion. You will provide your customization details and we'll create the insert/QR code for you (or you can send us the QR code file if you have already created one yourself).

File is sized 3.5 by 5 inches and will come with multiple cards on a full page 8.5 by 11 inch PDF.

Item is not an editable file - we do all the customization for you. Background and text colours can also be changed upon request.

★ Colours vary from screen to screen and when printed, depending on the type of printer, the ink used and paper quality. I am not responsible for colour variances from printing.

★ Print "actual size" to avoid the image getting distorted in any way.

★ Can be printed on white cardstock your home computer or at a copy/print centre like Staples (recommended), Kinkos, etc.

★ We recommend printing on either 80 lb. to 100 lb. white cardstock or photo paper for best results.
