These cute wrappers are perfect for a picnic or a Captain America Party! Made from quality card stock that has a six red and white stripe and six Navy and Stars.

PLEASE NOTE: Cupcake's come in different sizes. There are even variations to the "standard" size cupcake. The Standard size should fit most cupcakes, however I have noticed that some grocery store cupcakes are on the smaller side. If the wrappers are to big you can use tape on the back of them to fit tighter instead of using the pre-cut flap.
