This listing includes 2 PDF printable files, available for instant download. One file is formatted with two cupcake wrappers per page printed. The second file is formatted with 12 cupcake toppers: 4 teal mermaid tail toppers, 4 gold starfish, and 4 coral scalloped shells, all made with a glitter effect. The PDF files are UNEDITABLE and are formatted to be printed as is on 8.5" x 11" letter sized paper. The sizes and files can not be adjusted (except for by us) and are password protected.

This file will need to be printed yourself either on your home printer or by sending to a local print shop/office supply store. You can then cut out the cupcake wrappers yourself. They do have a black line to mark where you can cut a slit into your cupcake wrappers for easy assembly. We recommend printing this set on white cardstock and attaching a standard sized toothpick to the toppers.
