Please indicate your requests in the notes section--I am happy to work with you to get it just right.

Once I have your information, I will begin working on your proof. Please check our shop announcement for our current turnaround time. With this listing, you can make one set of revisions. Additional revisions are $10 each. Please indicate your email address and the personalization you would like in the notes section at checkout.

These come four-to-a-sheet on one 8.5x11 sheet of paper. Please select the amount you need at checkout (the more you order, the better the discount!). We recommend printing these on heavy cardstock. Once you fold the label in half, it will create a tent that will stand on its own. Please indicate what you would like each label to say in the notes section.
