You can even return the order form back to the customer with their boxes of cookies or print them out to organize your online order deliveries, so customers easily contact you when they need more cookies! You get four 4"x5" mini order forms / order receipts per standard 8.5"x11" sheet of paper, so it's easy to print at home or any copy shop.
This listing is for your family's use only (all the Girl Scouts in your immediate family can use this) and I also offer an extended license for your whole troop to get access, just send me a message with your troop size if you're interested in that option!
