The hat was designed to be used as party favors since they open at the top. They can also be used as a photo booth prop, or as a fun 'fascinator' attached to a headband (you may need to secure the top when it is used this way :o).
Assembled Size: 4 1/4 inches wide x 3 inches high. The container part is 2 1/4 inches diameter at the bottom opening up to 3 1/4 inches diameter at the top. Designed for easy assembly :o).
