The listing is for a digital invitation that will be sent right to your email inbox for you to print. High resolution (ready-to-print) proofs are sent within 3 business days (Mon - Fri). We are happy to provide revisions if needed, and if no changes are needed the file is ready to print. The best part- you can print as many as you need!
All wording can be customized to fit your celebration.

How to order

(1) Add the invitation to your cart.
(2) Choose the file type you would like (JPEG or PDF):
• JPG - A single 5x7 jpeg file (photo lab printing)
• PDF - 2 5x7 invitations on an 8.5x11 PDF (printing at home or a print shop such as FedEx Office)
• Please notify me if you are using a premium online print service such as Vistaprint so that I can create the file in their specific dimensions to avoid any image/word cut-offs.)
(3) Type your party information (names, dates, address, RSVP, etc) in the 'Notes to Seller'.
*** If party information is not included in the order your proof may be delayed. Our turnaround is based off of when we receive all of your info.
(4) You will get your file within 3 business days (M-F). All proofs are sent to the email address you have on file with Etsy, and they are ready-to-print. If you need changes it's no problem - we offer as many rounds of edits as needed! :)
Please plan for the full turnaround time when ordering, although we try to get proofs out sooner when possible. If the proof is needed sooner than 2 business days please contact us first. We do offer a rush order with 24 hr turnaround:

How do I get my file?

Once your information is received, we will send the high-resolution JPEG or PDF to the email address provided by Etsy within 3 business days (Mon - Fri).
If you do not see an email from emandbeapaperie [!at] gmail.com, check your spam folder. If you still don't see it, please contact me immediately.
If you have any changes I am always happy to accommodate them. Please allow 1-2 business days for changes. If no changes are needed, then your file is ready for printing!

What will I need?

• Printer or preferred print shop
• Scissors or paper cutter (if printing yourself)
• Paper (if printing yourself). We recommend heavy bright white cardstock for best results.
• Adobe Acrobat Reader if you requested a PDF (free download at http://get.adobe.com/reader/)
• A7 envelopes - can be purchased at most office supply stores, craft stores, and Amazon

The Fine Print (Please read before ordering!)

- Em & Bea Paperie operates Mon - Fri until 8pm EST.
- We are generally closed on weekends, although I do work on orders if time allows (weekends are not counted toward the 3 business day time frame however). Convos sent on weekends will typically be answered the following Monday.
- Allow 2 business days for proofs, and an additional 1-2 business days for edits (if needed). Please plan for the full turnaround time when ordering.
- You must contact me *prior to ordering* if you need your proof sooner than the 2 business day timeframe. We typically have a long line of orders and cannot guarantee a rush order if you do not contact us first. This is especially crucial when ordering on Friday or the weekend, as the weekend is reserved for my family and I only work on my shop if time allows.
- Due to the nature of the product, no refunds will be given after the first proof has been sent. Each order is carefully designed and personalized, and we always work with you to get it just right. :)
- Please keep in mind that all printers and computer monitors show color differently and the color/ tint / brightness may differ from your screen. *If viewing proof on an iPhone, iPad, etc, the colors may appear neon. Viewing the file on a monitor will correct the problem.
- ** Important! ** Be sure to save your file(s) somewhere safe other than your email (such as a jump drive, Dropbox, etc). I can only archive orders for 30 days due to the large nature of the files and will not be able to replace lost/deleted files after that time. Also, if our shop is in vacation mode we typically do not check messages and will not be able to re-send your file until we return.
- No sample proofs will be designed or sent without an order being placed.
- Em & Bea Paperie does not assume responsibility for printer issues. All of our printables are created with professional design programs, saved as high-resolution files, and are test-printed on a standard inkjet printer.
- Due to documentation purposes (and loud kids in the house!), all business is conducted via convo or email only. We are unable to discuss order details over the phone.
