This listing is for a police themed HAPPY BIRTHDAY banner.

Each pennant is in the shape of a police officer badge and the base layer is cut from 80lb black cardstock. The letters are approximately 3.5" tall. Each pennant is 5.2" tall and 4.3" wide.
