This beautiful pink and white party hat will sit upon her head. Birthday wishes are being said.

The hat was made out of high quality cardstock and digital patterned paper. The tissue paper fringe and topper were made by hand. The number 1 was die cut and covered with glitter. Pearls can then be added around the number. It is then attached to a circle that was embossed with tiny dots and to a handmade striped medallion. Satin Ribbon was added on each side and ties around the chin or back of the head to keep the hat on. A glittered die-cut name is added in silver, gold, bright pink, or the color of your choice.

Size of the hat is 7" from the top to the bottom, 4.25" wide, Ribbon ties are approx 12.50 inches long on each side.
