ღ ATTACHING TO YOUR HIGH CHAIR:
*Comes with 3 Command Picture Hanging strips (a plastic like velcro) already glued to the Tutu.
*Stick the velcro to your tray & easily remove by pulling tabs. (It is recommended to wash your highchair tray with Dawn Dish soap or alcohol wipes prior to applying command strips for better adhesion.)

ღ OTHER USES:
This tutu was created as a decoration but could later be used as a play skirt if you use the loops to tie it together with a ribbon not included.
Adult supervision is recommended, as small children could get tangled in the ribbon or fabric.
