Here’s how it works:

1. ORDER: Simply pick your options and add item to your cart

2. DESIGN: During checkout, in the "Notes to Seller" box, include: the text to be included if:
If ordering image only: pick image only and send us a message with the photo and attach it.
If ordering image and text: in checkout notes send us the text and send us a message with the photo and attach it.
if ordering monogram: pick your background color and monogram font

Any custom text to be added, keep it short as there is limited space on a small area.

If you would like to change the text information (take out or add) please specify and I would be glad to accommodate. Just keep wording space in mind if adding more text. (Note: excessive request will add additional charges).

3. You will receive a digital proof (only if ordering text) through the Etsy Message System within 48-72 hours (business days). This applies to custom text only.

REMEMBER:

* 1 free proof is included, additional proofs/changes will be billed prior to shipping at $5 per proof. Production time is 2-4 days.

* If you have an in hands date please submit this in your order so we can make note of this and advise you if there will be any issues. Any failure to do this may incur additional fees to meet your date.

* Orders are shipped via USPS from Florida and time frame depends on where your located. Contact us if rush is needed.

* Any cancellations will incur fees, if proof has been approved no cancellations can be accepted.
