Toppers are easy to assemble:

1). Place a sticker on one side of a card-stock circle
2). Adhere a glue dot to a pick: place the rounded end of the pick on a glue dot and press with your finger directly over the glue dot (so you don't break the pick)
3). Attach the pick to the back side of your topper -- pressing with your finger directly over the glue dot so you don't break the pick
