Enter the name in the notes to seller as you'd like it monogrammed (upper and lowercase, all uppercase, all lowercase, etc.) It will be monogrammed as you enter it. If you select a font that only comes in all uppercase or all lowercase it will be monogrammed in all upper or lower according to the font.
