Please note that colors may vary slightly from monitor to monitor. For best result try to use max eight letters. Please also note if the name is longer font will be automatically reduced so it can fit. Your name will be embroidered exactly how you write us in personalization field when you purchase.

Our stocking are not lined inside, if you put lot of heavy stuff in the stocking it will stretch. Please do not putt sharp pointy objects inside, rather wrap such things in bubble wrap or plastic bag and then put those in the stocking wrapped.

Please also note that we do not accept any returns, unless they arrive damaged, defective or with any visible issues caused by production and you need to inform us in max 24 hours after receiving it. Take a screenshot of the product and attach us in message here on Etsy and our team will check what is the issue and then will contact you and will find best solution for you.

If you purchased several other products from our shop and are not Christmas stockings it is possible that they will arrive separately. Some products are made faster and are shipped immediately.
