If the return is being made simply due to a change of heart, we’re happy to accept your products as long as they are unopened, unused and non-personalized, preferably within 30 days of the purchase date. Great Little Favor Co does NOT accept returns on personalized items, edible products, candy, or tins. This includes tins that were shipped without labels attached.

Postage for return shipping is your responsibility, make sure to ship the package back to us in a secured box, insured.

If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item or immediate full refund once returned. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Damaged Shipments: Due to changes with USPS, you must report any damage/missing items within 3 days of delivery. Please send photos including the packaging with the tracking number so that we can file a claim for you.
