Great Little Favor Co does NOT accept returns on personalized items, edible products, candy, or tins. This includes tins that were shipped without labels attached.

Postage for return shipping is your responsibility, make sure to ship the package back to us in a secured box, insured.

Damaged Shipments: Due to changes with USPS, you must report any damage/missing items within 3 days of delivery. Please send photos including the packaging with the tracking number so that we can file a claim for you.
