This listing consists of one double-layered 9" x 9" burlap chevron-style flag. It is strung on 7 feet of jute twine with several trims and fabric strips that I will use to coordinate this wiggly banner. (25" of jute twine is left on each end for tying)

Please Note: Burlap will fray when exposed to wind. This just adds to the rustic beauty of this birthday banner. However, if you’re concerned about it fraying too much, I would recommend avoiding long term outdoor exposure. The ribbons and applique can be ironed with a steam iron.

**Just tie the banner around the high chair sides to secure it and use velcro dots or tape (not provided) to insure that it stays in place.

Use it as a table or wall banner too!
