Here’s how it works:

1. ORDER: Simply add item to your cart (choose quantity). No proof will be submitted unless requested in checkout.

2. IMPRINT COLORS OR CUSTOMIZATION (if needed or standard will be sent) : During checkout, in the "Notes to Seller" box, include:

* Imprint color: See image for available colors. The two colors can be customized so please advise or only main color yellow will be changed.

* Customization: Submit your initials and optional back side text or standard text will be used. Advise the font for name/monogram. Note initials should be used for longer names due to size of area.

3. All mugs are made to order, please allow 2-4 days production time for shipping and typically 1-3 days shipping depending on option selected.

REMEMBER:

* If you have an in hands date please submit this in your order so we can make note of this and advise you if there will be any issues. Any failure to do this may incur additional fees to meet your date.

* Orders are shipped via USPS from Florida and time frame depends on where your located. Contact us if rush is needed.

* Note cancellations not accepted once placed, all orders are made to order and goes in queue once ordered. We do not inventory any items, so we cannot keep stock of cancellations. Sometimes orders may take 4 days, sometimes it can be process started within 1 hour.
