Add the Item to your cart. On the left hand side of the screen is box that says send a note to greatlittlefavorco, located under the photo image of the product your purchasing. Type your personalization that you want on your label in that box.

* Labels are printed on a glossy finish durable removable adhesive paper (withstand ice, water, etc)
* Miniature Wine Bottles are Not Included.

Shipping:
* Available with USPS first class mail (5-9 business) & delivery confirmation
* Also Available to Ship Priority Mail (2-3 business) & delivery confirmation or Express Mail (1-2 business)

We guarantee your 100% satisfaction and understand that sometimes returns have to be made. If the return is being made due to an error on our part, please contact us. We’ll do whatever it takes to make the situation right! This is our promise to you.

If the return is being made simply due to a change of heart, we’re happy to accept your products as long as they are unopened, unused and non-personalized, preferably within 30 days of the purchase date. Great Little Favor Co does NOT accept returns on personalized items, edible products, candy, or tins. This includes tins that were shipped without labels attached.

Postage for return shipping is your responsibility, make sure to ship the package back to us in a secured box, insured.

We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item or immediate full refund once returned. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Damaged Shipments: Due to changes with USPS, you must report any damage/missing items within 3 days of delivery. Please send photos including the packaging with the tracking number so that we can file a claim for you.
