* Ribbon - curling or fabric
* White glue
* Glue stick
* Circle cutter (to make circles - optional, or use template)
* Paper cutter/Scissors
* Cutting mat (optional)
* Double-stick tape
* Loose/wide rubber bands
* Pencil
* Ruler
