All sheets in this PDF set are formatted to 8.5x11 sheets of paper (letter size). The designs do not exceed 8"x10.5" so international customers should not have an issue printing on A4 paper.

The ticket can be mailed in a standard #9 or #10 (business) envelope.

A proof will be sent to you within 2 business days if all the required information is provided. At checkout, please supply the following information in the "Notes to Seller" section:

1. Name of the celebrant, or the name line can be made editable so you can make unique tickets for each of your guests*
2. Flight name
3. Date of the party
4. Time of the party
5. Location/ Address of the party
6. Type of party (i.e. birthday party, bridal shower etc)
7. Name of celebrant
8. RSVP information - phone number and/or email address
9. Any registry information, if applicable

* In order to edit any editable text you MUST open the PDF in Adobe Reader. If you do not have Adobe Reader you can download it for free at adobe.com.

• The latest version of Adobe Reader which can be downloaded for free at http://get.adobe.com/reader. You MUST use Adobe Reader to edit any editable text.

• A computer to view the file Adobe Reader. (PDFs don't view properly on smartphones or tablets; you will need to use a computer).

• A color printer, or access to a color printer at a copy center, office, or friend's house

• 8.5x11 (letter size) heavy weight plain paper. International customers can use A4 paper. I HIGHLY recommend using matte photo paper!

• Cutting tool

• Optional 1/4" round corner punch

PLEASE NOTE: Our PDFs are password protected. You will be unable to make any changes to our file(s). If you would like to print the file at a local print center, you will need to bring the file into the print shop on a flash drive or CD, or email it to them. You will not be able to upload the file to Staples.com's online print center, or similar websites. Those sites do not accept password protected files.

Once you purchase this listing and supply the required information, I will put will put together a proof of your personalized ticket. I typically work on proofs in the morning, Monday-Friday. You will receive the proof in an Etsy Convo within (2) business days. Once approved, I will email the final PDF file to your email address on record with Etsy. No cancellations can be processed once a proof has been created. After I create the final PDF, no changes can be made - please review the proof carefully.
