Pompoms ship pre-assembled but not fully bloomed.
Instructions are included for easy un-fluffing.

These super mini pompoms can be used as favor boxes decorations, on place cards, seating plans, invitations or just as table decorations. With ribbon attached pompoms can be tied to napkin and used as napkin ring.
Diameter of each pompoms is approximately 4 inch (10 cm). Each pompoms has a wire loop for attaching pompom to desired surface.
