<<< COLOR CHANGE TURNAROUND TIME & PROCESS FOR PRINTED ITEMS:
If you purchased a printed item (physical items will be shipped to your house), your low resolution proof will be sent to you via Etsy message in 1-2 business days from the date you purchased the "color change" listing. Joytations is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. If you should need revisions on the color, each revision is $6.00 per color change.

If you purchased a digital file, (physical items will NOT be shipped to your home), your high resolution print ready PDF digital file(s) will be sent to the e-mail address you have on file with Etsy in 1-2 business days from the date you purchased this listing. Joytations is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. If you prefer a different e-mail address, please let me know in the "Notes to Seller" section at checkout.
