Aren't these colors classy together? I used dark blue, white, and gold to create this gorgeous garland. Each tassel is wrapped with gold washi tape and then loosely tied to the twine so you can hang the garland at a deep swoop or from a balloon without the tassels slipping. They're still loose enough that you can space them closer together or farther apart if you'd like.
Comes in three lengths:
