If your hips are larger than your waist then measure your hips and order accordingly. You can tighten the waist as needed.
If your waist is larger than your hips then measure your waist and order accordingly.

This tutu is attached to ribbon so you can tie the tutu and adjust the size.

This skirt is full and beautiful. I use 4 layers of tulle. I attach to tulle to satin ribbon.
