This adorable navy and green party hat will sit upon his head. Birthday wishes are being said.

The hat was made out of high quality cardstock and digital patterned paper. The lime green tissue paper fringe and topper were made by hand. The number 1 was die cut and covered in glossy accents. It is then attached to a circle that was embossed with tiny dots and to a handmade medallion. A diecut and glossed name is added below the number. Satin Ribbon was added on each side and ties around the chin or back of the head to keep the hat on.

Size of the hat is 7" from the top to the bottom, 4.25" wide, Ribbon ties are approx 12.50 inches long on each side.
