This navy blue and red "ONE" banner will be the perfect addition to your little one's nautical themed birthday!

This banner will look great hanging anywhere during your child's birthday party, but the size is chosen specifically to fit on a high chair.

The middle pennant is cardstock. It is NOT fabric. The pennant is cut from 80lb white cardstock. The letters that spell "one" are red. The anchor is navy blue and has a light brown "rope".

The white pennant is 8" tall and 5.5" wide.

Strung on navy sheer ribbon.

There are five strips of fabric on either end of the banner. The strips are 1.5 inches wide and hang approximately 5-6 inches.
