4. After payment processing, our team will personalize your banner. Personalization takes up to 2 business days.
5a. When your order has been personalized (up to 2 business days), Etsy will provide you with a link via email to download your order. Check your inbox and spam folder for an email from Etsy.
5b. You can download digital orders from your Etsy account's Purchases & Reviews page when they are available for download. Not applicable to guest checkouts.
