Once I receive all the info requested below, i will send you the 300 DPI JPG file. You can download this file to your computer or flash drive and print it as many copies as you wish (Please note that no printed materials will be mailed to you)

SIZE & FORMAT:
-For each purshase you will get a JPG or PDF file with 2 invitations per Letter or A4 paper size (for one of the selected option)
-The available file size is 5x7 and 4x6 inches
-The file will not include bleeds or white borders and will be sent as a non-editable flattened image

STEPS:
1. Add the invitation (option) to your cart
2. You will see a “Notes to Seller” box. Include all of text you need on your invitation exactly as you want it to be seen. You may add or delete information – the listing image is just a sample. I cannot change the information you provide to me. It is YOUR information,
3. Include the following information in the notes to seller box:
Name
Age
Date
Time
Location of party
RSVP information if needed
Additional details if needed
High Resolution Photo (a frontal photograph of the face) ( If you need it with photo)
IMPORTANT: It is responsibility of the buyer the following points: grammar, spelling, writing and quality of the photograph
4. Photograph requirements
Please send a HIGH RESOLUTION format straight from your camera. NO CROPPING OR REDUCTION in size, best pictures have enough light.
Please be sure and submit a photo you're happy with, as i will only crop it to fit Moana princess photo face (face angle: eye level front photo of your daughter)
Please choose and send only one photo.
Please note that by ordering, you certify you own the photo submitted. If you are submitting professionally taken photos, you MUST have a authorization form for their use. EcraftsStudio is not liable for any misuse of copyrighted materials submitted by the customer or any copyright infringement claims. Please send us a convo if you have any questions.

TURNAROUND:
- After i received all the information (section STEPS), i will start working with your picture and invitation. A proof of your custom invitation will be sent to your email registered with Etsy within 48 hours (please check spam). The final copy of your invitation file will be sent within 24 hours of your approval. *Please note that emails are sent to the address associated with the Etsy account unless otherwise requested*
- It is responsibility of the buyer the following points: grammar, spelling, writing and quality of the photograph . I am not responsible for any mistakes or printing costs incurred. Please proofread and check that your information is accurate.
- TURNAROUND starts from the moment you sent all the information including your child photograph and after your payment is approved
- You must check your Etsy Conversations or your email to actually retrieve your files
