This is a design fee to Change an outfit listed in the shop.
This option includes minor changes such as:

- Shirt Type: Long sleeve, Short sleeve, Tank Top, Bodysuits, Ruffle sleeves
- Shirt Color: Please view size and color charts for options
- Graphic color changes: Example a Purple Crown verses Silver Crown
- Ribbon changes: changing of a color:
- Tutu changes: changing out a tutu for a different style.

Design fee is per 1 change.
