Easy enough to inflate yourself with a regular drinking straw, or have them professionally inflated with helium if you need them to float! The balloons all have a self-sealing valve.

They are also reusable! Just insert a straw into the valve and squeeze the air or helium out of the balloons, fold them up and store them away from direct sunlight.

Please fill balloon slowly and refrain from overfilling balloon.
