The crown was made out of high quality glittered cardstock.The bottom of the crown is trimmed with Chiffon. The pink circles on the top were die cut and covered with angle dust glitter and pearls were added. The number was die cut and glittered then and added tp a handmade medallion. A gold glittered headband finishes it off.

Size of the mini is approx 2" diameter and 3" high.
