These MINI Girl Scout cookie order forms make it easy for you to collect lots of cookie orders! The cookie menu shows the picture, name and price of the cookies! You can give the order form back to the customer with their boxes of cookies so that they have your contact info when they need more cookies! You get four 4"x5" mini order forms per standard 8.5"x11" sheet of paper, so it's easy to print at home or any copy shop.
This listing is for your family's use only (all the Girl Scouts in your immediate family can use this) and I also offer an extended license for your whole troop to get access, just send me a message if you're interested in that option!
***Important Note: These are Little Brownie Baker (LBB) cookies, so if your troop does not offer Lemon-ups, then do not buy this listing.
