This is our Glitter High Chair Banner. The letters " I am 1" and carousel horse cut outs are made of glittered cardstock and images are layered on each scallop-edged flag with a background and strung on a beautiful gold ribbon to coordinate.

Each flag is approximately 3" wide and approximately 4" long. The total length is approximately 24" , with an additional length of ribbon on each side.

The colors and/or text can be adjusted to your theme. (a custom fee may apply)

Banner includes "I am 1" and 2 cutouts of carousel horses on a paper straw "pole" .

We can also alter the images vs carousels or remove those as well. Just send us a message for this option.
