This printable is an instant download, for you to print at home or at your local print shop. It comes in PDF format for letter (8.5x11") paper.

PRINTING

You can print the PDF on Avery 25395 and 45395 adhesive name badge sheets, so no trimming is necessary (stickers are 2-1/3 inch high by 3-3/8 inch wide).

Or, you can print the tags on a full sheet of white sticker paper (such as Avery 3383) and then trim them out to create stickers, or on white card stock paper and tape the tags to clothes.

For best results, print on white paper at high quality settings. No special ink or printers are required!
