Mermaid Happy Birthday Banner. This banner is made on 4 x 5 inch flag style chipboard pennants. The font on this banner is done in two shades of purple and I added a hot pink mermaid on each end of the banner. The banners are strung with teal blue ribbon. To compliment this banner, I added a 10 foot long garland that is made with mermaids and circles. Measurement: Mermaid: 3x3 inch Starfish: 2.6 x 2.6 Seashell: 2.6 x 2.6 inch.
