You can download your files once the payment has been cleared. Etsy will send you an email with a link to your files. You can't download from the Etsy app. You have to use the desktop website.

The files will also be available in your account, under 'purchases and reviews.

*Printing from Home*

When printing your files, be sure your printer's settings are set to print at "original size”, “actual size” or 100% to ensure proper sizing. If there's a "quality" setting, select the highest available. In the paper selection option, select the appropriate option for your selected paper.

What You Need if Printing from Home:

2. A PDF reader to open, view & print the PDF file. Adobe Reader is FREE and if you do not
have it already, you can download it online.

PLEASE NOTE that the mobile Etsy app doesn't allow downloads. However, you can access your files on your mobile device by opening your device's browser and then heading to Etsy > You > Purchases and Reviews.

You can print online from one of the following services and have it shipped to your home:
