MARDI GRAS DECORATIONS - This listing can be purchased separately by selecting garland only, banner only or both. The banner is made on sturdy white 4x4 inch chipboard. The font is done in green and purple and I added a glittered gold mask to separate the words. The banner is strung with gold ribbon.
The garland is made with cardstock masks, circles and flour-de-lis. The garland measures 8 feet long.
